Arrest follows vodka theft
A TEENAGER was arrested after an attempted theft of a bottle of vodka from a supermarket.
The 17-year-old was charged with theft and going equipped and is due to appear in Laganside Magistrates’ Court on Friday, March 2.
The charges follow an attempt to steal a bottle of vodka from Tesco on the Ballyclare Road, Glengormley on February 9.
As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
