However, the cemetery office will be open between 9am and 10am for funeral arrangements.

The Mill will reopen as normal on Thursday, December 27. The Mill will also be closed on New Year’s Day and reopen on January 2 as normal.

The leisure centres will be open until 6pm on Christmas Eve, closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day before opening as normal on December 27.

Again on New Year’s day the leisure centres will all be closed and open again on January 2.

The Theatre at the Mill will also be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

There will be no kerbie box collections on Tuesday, December 25, Wednesday, December 26 or Tuesday, January 1. An alternative collection will take place for residents with a Tuesday collection on Saturday, December 29 and residents with a Wednesday collection should save their materials for the following week’s collection, using overflow bags if necessary. Bags should contain a single material type only and not glass.

Collection times may take place earlier or later than usual and residents should ensure boxes are ready for collection at 7.30am.
