Man charged with assault
A 43-YEAR-OLD man is due in court later this month charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
It’s understood the charge relates to an assault on a 59-year-old man on the Doagh Road, Ballyearl on January 17 this year.
The accused is due to appear at Antrim Magistrates Court on February 23.
As is usual procedure the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
