Local shows for Defending the Caveman

IT'S played to audiences in over 30 countries world-wide, been translated into 15 languages and now, direct from London's West End, the hilarious, entertaining and unmissable show, Defending the Caveman comes to Northern Ireland for three performances only this autumn!

Winner of an Olivier Award for Best Entertainment, Defending the Caveman runs at Coleraine's Riverside Theatre on Thursday, November 11 and Belfast's Grand Opera House on Friday, November 12 and Saturday, November 13.

This latest production of the international hit show stars Mark Little, the popular Australian actor, comedian, and television personality, best known, amongst many roles, for his character Joe Mangel in Neighbours.

The longest-running solo play in Broadway history, Defending the Caveman is one man's light-hearted observations on the fundamental differences between the sexes, relationships and the roles that men and women have played in society since the dawn of time.

Why have men swapped hunting for an expedition to the local pub? Why have women replaced foraging for berries for shopping? And just which sex has the divine right to the television controller?! These questions, along with many others that have mystified men and woman for millennia, will be considered in this hilariously funny show. So if you're married you've got to see this show, if you're dating you've got to see this show and if you're single you really need to see this show!

Defending the Caveman is recommended for adult audiences.

Tickets for the three Northern Ireland performances of Defending the Caveman are on sale now from the Riverside Theatre, Coleraine, on 7032 3232 and from the Grand Opera House on 9024 1919.
