TO MAKE things easier for entrepreneurs to take their business to the next level, a partnership of local enterprise agencies has launched a new ‘One Number’ business hotline offering confidential and expert advice to help business owners make their venture a success.

The three local enterprise agencies responsible for the new streamlined service are Mallusk Enterprise Park, Antrim Enterprise Agency and Ballymena Business Centre. Alongside offering premier business workspace accommodation, each centre has developed expert knowledge from advising their tenants over a collective 63 years in business.

The partner business parks believe that it is this combination of critical business advice and excellent business locations that sets their service apart. An extension of the added value already on offer to tenant businesses, it is hoped the ‘One Number’ hotline will both support local business across Northern Ireland, and attract new and developing businesses to the parks.

Chief Executive of Mallusk Enterprise Park, Melanie Humphrey explained: “It’s always scary running a small business during a recession, but it needn’t be a recipe for disaster. By calling 0800 980 7990, our partnership of local enterprise agencies can give you the advice and support you need to find a property better suited to your business needs. We also offer guidance on a wide range of business administration duties as well as money, marketing and management. As enterprise parks host a variety of like-minded small businesses, there’s a great entrepreneurial energy and business-to-business support network that can give a small enterprise the boost it needs to survive an economic downturn.”

Stephen Scullion, Manager at Ballymena Business Centre, added: “There are lots of great businesses out there that perhaps just need a guiding hand and an established address to grow their business into an even bigger success. That’s why our three agencies partnered up to launch ‘One Number’. By calling the hotline, companies can make the first step towards growing their business by finding out how we can help in terms of property, advice and mentoring support, as well as funding opportunities available to help next stage growth.”

Business owners looking for a ‘one stop shop’ for business solutions should call the ‘One Number’ hotline on 0800 980 7990.
