Newtownabbey Borough Council has developed a new series of workshops designed to provide businesses with the essential skills and knowledge to improve sales and business success.

The Bite Size Sales Series will provide participants with the opportunity to meet with and hear from industry experts through sales seminars. Each session will provide businesses with the key skills required to source new customers and enable them to network with other businesses and present their product to the right audience in the right way.

Michelle Pearson, Economic Development Officer for Newtownabbey Borough Council commented: “Today’s sales person has an increasingly difficult role coping with more sophisticated and demanding customers as well as rapid changes in innovation and communication technologies.
