THE Manager of Carnmoney Presbyterian Church’s Manna gift and thrift shop has thanked the local community for their generosity.

The shop, located in the alleyway at the side of Ashers Bakery in Carnmoney village, opened in October last year and specialises in good quality used children’s clothes and accessories.

Expressing her gratitude to everyone who has supported the shop over the past four months, Manager Sharon Bell said: “People have been extremely generous. We have received cots, prams, buggies and highchairs, not to mention the bags upon bags of children’s and baby clothing, it’s been fantastic.

“We just want to let more people know about our shop, especially in this current climate when every penny counts and the price of kiddies’ clothing is going up. The clothes in the shop are of good quality, new and almost new, and are on sale at a very low price.”

Manna gift and thrift, 289B Carnmoney Road, is open Mondays and Tuesdays, 9am - 4pm and Saturdays, 10am - 3pm.
