These exciting ventures, which are set to commence next month, will see staff and students co-operating and sharing best practice leading to integrating robotic solutions in an industrial setting and exploring self-employment as a career option.

Travel opportunities will arise for both staff and students, with the projects enabling them to travel to partner colleges, employers and start-up agencies in Spain, Portugal, Finland, Romania, Italy and the Czech Republic.

Students on both the RACE21 and Enterprise is VITAL courses will gain a European wide credit for their learning.

Project co-ordinator Irvine Abraham said: “We are delighted to have been successful in Erasmus+ and are looking ahead to starting these projects. 20 staff and over 600 students will benefit from these projects and the opportunities they will provide to learn abroad.”
