Primary seven children from Glengormley Integrated participated in a flight in nature workshop at Cushendall Boat Club as part of their cross-community programme with Glenann Primary. This was the last of four workshops organised by Tony Monaghan, education officer at Bombardier and formed part of the school’s community relations and equality diversity (CRED) project that was funded by the NEELB. At the end of their workshop the children presented a cheque for £110 to Danny Bevan from Red Bay Lifeboats as a gesture of thanks.
