Nigel Dodds MP visited Glengormley High School during Parliament Week to explain some of the work undertaken by elected members.
The school held a workshop with Year 9 students to highlight the mechanics of politics in Northern Ireland.
Pupils researched local issues including fuel poverty, anti-social behaviour and employment. They quizzed the Minister directly on these issues until they were satisfied with his answers.
Mr Dodds remarked later on the tenacity of some of the students. The school would like to thank the Minister for his time.
