Asda staff bonus
Colleagues at Asda’s Ballyclare store are set to share in a bonus pay-out of more than £803,653.
This sum will be shared among 3,378 staff members who have over six months’ service with the supermarket chain in Northern Ireland.
Each full-time worker is expected to receive a payment of up to £255.15. The exact sum will depend on each store’s individual performance.
Aubrey Swift, regional operations manager for Asda NI, commented: “Our store colleagues are the real heroes of our business and I’m delighted that we are able to reward their efforts in this way.
“Whether it’s been through helping our customers use the Asda Price Guarantee or making sure our deliveries are on time, every time – they have done an amazing job for our customers and continue to go above and beyond the call of duty, day in day out and I am incredibly grateful to them for their efforts.”
