Couple win £30k dream wedding

A GLENGORMLEY man and his fiancee were celebrating in style this week after winning a fabulous wedding and honeymoon package worth over £30,000 at The Wedding Journal Show in Belfast's King's Hall.

Barry Caddell from Glengormley and his betrothed, Serena Kenny from Sydenham in east Belfast, beat off stiff competition from four other couples vying for the coveted prize when The Wedding Journal Show teamed up with The Pete Snodden Breakfast Show on Cool FM to encourage couples to "unleash their inner celebrity".

Engaged couples were urged to dress up and film themselves impersonating their favourite celebrity couple or recreating their favourite romantic film scene, and send in their video clips.

Enthusiastic budding film-makers showed no limits to their creativity - dressing up and cavorting around the province dressed variously as Shrek and Princess Fiona, Smithy and Nessa from Little Britain and Mary-Jane and Spiderman.

Barry and Serena won their place in the live final with their brave and highly entertaining impersonation of Borat and Pamela Anderson - complete with marriage sack and mankini! Their entertaining video can be viewed at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fvf5YMq13mg&feature=player_embedded
