'Meet the Neighbours' at Ballyhenry Presbyterian
BALLYHENRY Presbyterian Church is holding its second 'Meet The Neighbours' Day on Saturday, August 21 from 2pm to 4.30pm.
This is a day for all members of the local community to come 'meet their neighbours in the Big White Church on the Ballyhenry Road'.
Highlights of the day include a free barbecue and juice for everyone.
A band will be performing and there will be several appearances by Ballyhenry Puppets.
In addition, there's a teddy bear and friends' picnic at 2.45pm, with lots of prizes.
And there's also a penalty shoot out and crafts for the children.
"We had a wonderful day last year with several hundred people joining us, and we look forward to seeing you again this year," said Reverend Niall Lockhart, Minister of Ballyhenry Presbyterian.
