The Lord Mayor of Belfast, Councillor Máirtín Ó Muilleoir, paid a visit to the Northern Ireland Hospice last week.

The Lord Mayor was welcomed to the charity’s temporary premises at Whiteabbey Hospital by Loretta Gribben (Director of Nursing and Patient Services), Dr Max Watson (Director of Medical Services) and Chairman of NI Hospice, Councillor Billy Webb.

During his visit, Cllr Ó Muilleoir got the opportunity to view plans for the development of the new state-of-the-art hospice at Somerton Road in North Belfast.
