A man arrested by police investigating a murder attempt on PSNI officers has been released unconditionally.
The 39-year-old was arrested on Thursday (June 6) by detectives from the PSNI Serious Crime Branch investigating the bomb attack on the Loughshore towpath near Hazelbank.
The device exploded on the popular path close on Saturday, March 9 after officers had been lured to the area.
Three officers were on the towpath when the bomb exploded and senior police chiefs said the attack was a deliberate attempt to kill.
A subsequent security alert closed part of the M5 for almost 24 hours.
