Police appeal for information on Glengormley car fire

Police in Newtownabbey are appealing for information following an incident of criminal damage in the Burnthill Road area of Glengormley on the night of Wednesday May 14.

According to reports, a car parked in the area was set on fire at around 11.20pm. Extensive damage was caused to the bonnet and rear passenger side of the car in the incident.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or who has information to contact them at Newtownabbey Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, option two. Or to provide information anonymously, contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
