Police investigate Doagh arson

Police officers are investigating after a car was damaged in an arson attack near Doagh on Monday, February 29.

The incident occurred at around 6pm on the Templepatrick Road. The damaged car was a silver Renault Megane coupe. It was parked up on a lay-by in the vicinity of the Longshot junction.

Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who has any information that could assist with their investigation to contact detectives in Antrim Police Station on the non-emergency number 101. Information can also be passed anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. The reference number, which should be quoted when reporting information about the incident is 942 of 29/02/16.
