Water way to put a spring in your step

NI Water is calling on the public to lift their energy levels by drinking the recommended 6-8 glasses of tap water every day.

Good hydration helps to maintain a healthy weight, improves concentration and can increase exercise and fitness levels.

Buggy Babies is an exercise class designed to provide a safe and effective postnatal workout for women. The class is on every Monday in Ballyclare from 10am - 11am. For more details check out ‘Buggy Babies’ on Facebook.
