Police officers investigating a serious assault in the Queens Park estate in Glengormley on the morning of Saturday, July 12 have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
At around 1.40am a woman aged in her 20s was set upon by a group of up to five female youths in the Queens Crescent area.
The woman was kicked and punched to the ground, suffering a fractured cheekbone and a broken finger in the attack.
Investigating officers have appealed for anyone who witnessed the assault or who has any information about the incident to contact them at Newtownabbey Station on the non-emergency number, 101.
