High drama as Wexford group wins Ulster title at Theatre at The Mill

Following a series of highly competitive festivals which took place throughout Northern Ireland in February and March, the top six award-winning productions from north and south presented a spectacular range of plays by highly acclaimed authors to large audiences at the Ulster Drama Festival in Theatre at The Mill last week.

The festival reached its conclusion on Saturday night with the Premier Challenge Cup for the best overall production being won by Bridge Drama from Wexford with their presentation of Lost in Yonkers by Neil Simon.

The award was presented by the President of The Association of Ulster Drama Festivals, Dame Mary Peters.
