SEAPATRICK fell to their second defeat in as many games when they were beaten by Laurelvale on Saturday.
Boss Paul Sneddon was able to pick from what was almost a full squad with most of the players who had missed out last week returning to the set-up.
The Village started off brightly, in particular debutant Neil Watts, and actually enjoyed the better of the first half.
But a mistake between the goalkeeper and his defence let Laurelvale in to score just before the interval, proving to be a real sucker punch for Seapatrick.
It was a goal which was to knock the stuffing out of the Village who failed to recover in the second half.
Laurelvale scored their second from a corner and a second half to forget came to a close with the hosts grabbing their third of the day.
"It was pretty disasterous all round," Sneddon said. "We have our first home game on Tuesday night against Ballymacash and we must get all three points from that game."
