CHAMPIONSHIP 1: Comrades put four past Dergview
Ballyclare Comrades enjoyed a thumping 4-0 win at Dergview in Championship 1 on Saturday afternoon.
Left-back Mark Shannon got the ball rolling with a superb free-kick after eight minutes and two minutes later Michael O’Hanlon doubled the Reds’ advantage. The midfielder pounced on a poor clearance and found the empty net from a wide position around 35 yards out.
O’Hanlon netted his second of the afternoon with 13 minutes to go, and Gary Brown put the gloss on things when he fired home in additional time.
