What a week it has been for St Johnstone boss Tommy Wright.

A memorable 1-0 away win over Minsk in the third-round first-leg qualifier of the Europa League set the tone for Sunday’s Scottish Premiership opener at home to Hearts. Wright’s men didn’t disappoint the McDiarmid Park faithful with Stevie May’s first-half strike the difference between the two sides.

Tonight (Thursday) the Ballyclare man, who took over from Steve Lomas at the Perth club in the summer, will be hoping to secure progress in the second leg of the Europa League tie with Belarusian Premier League outfit. He will be aiming to go five games unbeaten after the club’s earlier success against Rosenborg.
