Sweep results from Banbridge
THURSDAY FEBRUARY 18 - John Parkes plays a few holes of golf practically every day.
This helps to keep his swing finely tuned. This practice has begun to pay dividends as John came out on top in this 14 holes sweep.
1st, John Parkes (11) 33 points; 2nd, Cathal O’Neill (12) 32.
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 20 - It is refreshing to see some well-known names appearing among the prizewinners in the weekly sweeps. Despite the long drawn-out winter, more and more members are getting geared up for the golf season proper.
In this Saturday sweep, the names of Seamus Rooney, Hugh Dunne, Luke Woods and Dermot Dawson appear for the first time. Whose turn will it be next week?

SECTION 12-17: 1st, Hugh Dunne (14) 36; 2nd, Dermot Dawson (14) 35; 3rd, Gerry Blevins (17) 33.
SECTION 18+: 1st, David Thompson (21) 34, 2nd, Aidan Lavery (19) 34.
MONDAY FEBRUARY 22: Paul Faulkner seems to like the Monday sweep. This is the second time that he has won it in the space of three weeks.
Top shot of the day went to Neville Kerr who won the entire twos pot.
