Table cricket session

Active Communities Cricket Coach Michael Hingston has organised a ‘Table Cricket’ session for people with disabilities at Ballyclare Community Concerns on Saturday, March 23.

Already a popular game in other parts of the UK, it’s thought that this will be the first event of its kind anywhere in Northern Ireland.

The game is played on a table tennis table, with side panels and sliding fielders, a ball launcher, a weighted plastic ball and wooden bat and allows young people with physical or learning disabilities to enjoy cricket.
