LIBRARIES NI is inviting people in later life, who are interested in learning about the internet and other technology, to take part in this year’s Age NI ‘Itea and Biscuits Week’ (September 17 - 23).
Ballyclare and Glengormley Libraries will be running events during the week which aims to introduce IT to those people, over 65 who have never been online and could benefit from the wonders of the web.
On Thursday, September 20, Glengormley Library will hold a one-hour ‘Got IT?’ session between 11am and 12 noon. A series of 45-minute IT taster sessions will take place at Ballyclare Library on Friday, September 21 between 10am and 3.45pm.
