Let Lisa Rose into your garden this spring

This is a new variety. Evergreen and very hardy, it grows to between 1.5-2 metres high. It can resist wind and can be planted by the sea as the leaves are very waxy and will resist salt.

The flowers are formed on the plant mid-autumn and can open any time during the winter through to the spring.

The flowers open up pale pink and have a slight fragrance.

If you want to keep the plant small, cut back after flowering.

Viburnum Tinus Lisa Rose will look good in a container, in the border, or use as a flowering, evergreen hedge.

Viburnums are planted now using Westland Rose, Tree & Shrub compost with a slow-release fertiliser and are suitable for sun or part-shade.
