As a leading social enterprise, we know that our success should be defined not only by the number of homes that we manage, but also by the positive contribution we make to the communities we build in. “Fold Housing is committed to building high quality accommodation in safe and sustainable communities. The two and three bed homes and apartments at Brian’s Well Grove are designed to meet the needs of families at different life stages, thus reflecting real communities as well as providing much needed, quality, low cost social housing for those families and applicants who are experiencing housing stress.
She added: “Fold Housing Association continues to meet our targets for new build year on year. The strong asset base that our 6,000 properties provides, reinforces our position as one the major social landlords in Northern Ireland and enables us to leverage in private finance and to raise revenue which we can re-invest in the housing, care and support services we provide to over 30,000 homes.”
