Ballyclare-based Dennison Commercials, Northern Ireland’s Volvo truck and bus dealer, is celebrating after picking up four prestigious accolades from market company, Volvo Group UK.
Competing against all other dealers in the UK and Irish Volvo Truck network, Dennisons was awarded the following:
• Truck Sales Success Achievement - Chris Arthur, New Truck Sales Manager, was recognised for his individual contribution to the truck sales team in Northern Ireland.
• Used Truck Dealer of the Year - Awarded to Dennison’s Used Truck team for “outstanding effort”, including increased resource and commitment to the Used Trucks business and improved focus on Used Trucks marketing activities and branding.
• Volvo Action Service Dealer of the Year (Ballyclare Dealerpoint) - Dennisons in Ballyclare won the small dealer award based on three criteria that demonstrate the Volvo uptime promise: 100 per cent breakdown job acceptance, 64 minute call to attendance, 91 per cent back on the road in less than four hours. This was the only award specifically for technicians.
• Service Excellence Award (Ballyclare Dealerpoint) - The service excellence and VAS awards were received by Dennison Commercials in Ballyclare specifically, due to the Dealerpoint’s particular achievements. The company’s Hillhead Road facility is the largest Dennisons Dealerpoint, employing over half of the group’s total workforce.
Dennisons has been consistently recognised as being amongst the best in the network and in the wider industry. This has been demonstrated year-on-year with a number of awards, both from Volvo and independent industry organisations.
