‘Christianity Explored’ course set to begin

CHRISTOPHER Columbus searched for America, Neil Armstrong went to the moon and many more have attempted the impossible as man seeks new conquests.

This sense of new discovery lives on at Glengormley Methodist Church, as men and women from the neighbourhood are invited to consider a modern-day exploration of immense proportions - it’s all about Christianity Explored.

Glengormley Methodist Church, on the Ballyclare Road, launches its Christianity Explored course on Sunday evening (January, 16) at 6.30pm.

Its theme is ‘time to discover’ and that is an open invitation for all to come along and experience the 10-week course.

The course is based around a short DVD and supper each night, with those who attend having the opportunity to ask any burning questions they may have about faith and what is involved in Christianity.

An informal and relaxed atmosphere is promised each night as participants aim to answer three core questions; Who is Jesus? Why did he come? And what does it mean to follow Him?

For any further information on the course, don’t hesitate to speak to Ian Cahoon on 078891 47530.
