Increased levels of dog fouling reported across Antrim and Newtownabbey

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is calling on dog owners to act responsibly after receiving reports of increased dog fouling across the region.

Issuing an appeal to residents on social media today, a spokesperson for the local authority said: “We have had reports of increased levels of dog fouling in parts of the borough.

“The council is appealing to dog owners, particularly at this difficult time, to be even more vigilant and clean up after your dog when out exercising.”
