Man’s death ‘not suspicious’

POLICE have confirmed that the discovery of a man’s body at a house in Mossley last week is not being treated as suspicious.

The deceased man, thought to have been aged in his 50s, was found in a property at Mossley Crescent on Tuesday, June 5. Police officers cordoned off the scene while the cause of death was established.

“Following a post mortem examination the man’s death is not being treated as suspicious,” a PSNI spokesperson confirmed.
