Mossgrove hits the high note

JUDGES at the recent Mossgrove Youth Musical Festival said they were very impressed with the standard of competitors and choirs at this year’s event.

The festival, which took place at the start of the month in the Courtyard Theatre featured instrumentalists and pianists under 20 years of age and singers under 25.

The Festival was adjudicated by David Stevens, the master of the Choristers at St Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast.

He said he was “very impressed by the high standard of the competitors and choirs”.
