Aaron Quinn and his twin brother Darragh have been playing for St Enda’s since they were six.

During the current coronavirus restrictions, the Coláiste Feirste student has been training in his garden.

At the weekend, Aaron attempted to hit his patio heater with a sliotar. Yesterday, his father Conor uploaded a video to social media after Aaron found the target.

Aaron Quinn.

Commenting on his son’s skills, Conor said: “Aaron hit thousands of balls at the patio heater since Sunday, to no avail. He wouldn’t give up hour after hour!”

“He was so determined and has hours of footage. He even had to strap his hand one one day from blisters.”
