THE Post Office has been asked to reopen its Ballyclare branch as soon as possible by town councillor, Pat McCudden.

Woodsides Supervalu, meanwhile, is continuing to trade while the administrators search for a buyer for the business.

The Post Office has said it is working to resolve the matter and said it hoped a branch could reopen “within days” in the town.

Alliance councillor Pat McCudden urged the Post Office to sort out the matter.
