Items including a television, jewellery and rare and valuable musical instruments were taken from the house at Mountainvale Drive. The musical instruments stolen included a Yanagisawa saxophone and a flute.
The burglary took place on September 6, but the PSNI only publicised details of the incident this week.
“Investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone with information or anyone who is aware of similar items for sale in unusual or suspicious circumstances. They can be contacted on 0845 600 8000,” a police spokesperson said.
