Essential maintenance works commenced on the M2 at Bellevue Bridge on Monday, April 12 and are expected to last 20 weeks.

Posting on Twitter this afternoon (Friday), a Translink spokesperson said: “Due to road works taking place on Bellvue Bridge, our Antrim Road Metro services are experiencing heavy delays.

“Please allow extra time for your journey.”
