Northern Ireland football legend David Healy was at Dixon Park on Tuesday night, passing on his knowledge to Championship 1 side Ballyclare Comrades.
Healy, scorer of THAT goal against England 10 years ago this week, helped take training with David Dorrian’s Reds.
The Ballyclare boss tweeted: “On behalf of everyone @BallyclareFC (I’d) just like to thank David Healy for taking a session tonight at Dixon Park #whenhetalksyoulisten.”
Midfielder Stuart King wrote: “Great to have MBE David Healy training and passing on his knowledge to the @BallyclareFC lads tonight #Topman #GAWA”
Healy was at Windsor Park on Monday evening to watch Northern Ireland land a last-gasp leveller to claim a 1-1 draw against Hungary.
The Killyleagh man, who boasts Leeds United and Rangers among his former clubs, is the all-time leading scorer for Northern Ireland with 36 goals and he won 95 international caps.
