Ballyclare High School coach Zoe Wilson knows what it takes to be at the best in her sport having been a member of the Ireland women's squad which took a silver medal at the World Championships.
She also knows what it is like to win an Ulster Schoolgrils' Cup final, doing so with Ballyclare High previously - now she coaches a side in the aiming to reach the final.
She looks ahead to the final and talks about getting silver with Ireland.
