Following the Halloween break, Ballyclare Ladies and Parkview Ladies resume their respective league programmes this Saturday.

Seeking their third Senior League Section 1 win, the ‘Clare girls face a difficult assignment when they take on promotion challengers Raphoe at George Avenue.

The County Donegal girls come to Ballyclare with an undefeated record, having collected 11 points from five outings and they need a win to keep in touch with leaders Banbridge, while at the opposite end of the table Larne and Victoria are in the relegation slots.

Home captain, Vikki Bratten, is likely to select from: S Coulter, J Purdy, C McGookin, L Holmes, R Campbell, C Darragh, S Dickey, L Ashcroft, R Beattie, V Bratten, J Hanley, J West, R Maybin, J Jones, K McLeod.

Meanwhile, Parkview Ladies are in a much stronger position, sitting as joint leaders with Instonians in Senior League Section 4 and they will start favourites against Cooke in Ballyclare.

Undefeated after five fixtures, the Doagh girls have scored eight while conceding only two, with goalkeeper Maimie Graham pleased with three clean sheets.

The city girls have won only once this season, so Parkview will fancy their chances of enhancing their pole position.

Parkview panel: M Graham, C McClean, J Wallace, L Glass, P Purdy, E Bothwell, K Erskine, T Campbell, N Cahoon, T Smallwood, N Singleton, J Rankin, G Carson, J Oliphant, B McCullough, E McConnell, T Gamble, K Morrison.
