80s night not to be missed at Seagoe

R J Rocks the 80s will return to Seagoe on Saturday 7 November for an evening of top quality entertainment.

The band is back with an additional member - making them an 8 piece band, with even more potential to rock the venue.

R J has promised fans that all the usual stunts will once again be performed during the show, which is sure to sell out fast.

“Just with the signs up at Seagoe and people enquiring through Facebook, there has been well over 200 tickets sold,” R J shared. “It’s going to be a massive crowd.

“All ticket sales come with my new CD free, which Tom Watson and I produced. We have an AC/DC tribute act added into the usual acts of Queen, Meatloaf, U2, Bryan Adams, Bruce Springsteen, etc.”

There will be a raffle during the break, organised by Portadown Cares charity, with great prizes including a bass guitar and amp. Among the prizes will also be the opportunity to break a guitar over RJ’s head.

“Portadown Cares will have no bother selling tickets for that one,” laughed R J, “but, in case that stunt goes wrong, we are leaving this one to when the last song is sung - and we aren’t too far away from the hospital anyhow. It’s good to put something back into the local community.”

Tickets are available at Seagoe reception, Tipplers Off Sales or from R J on Facebook. For corporate deals, contact R J on 07598714039. All tick venues are also stocked with CDs.
