Action stations at Enagh for summer workshops

Enagh Youth Forum Lottery Funded Creative Arts Programme, which will run from May 23 until December 28 this year, gets underway tonight, Wednesday.

Workshops will include six-week blocks of drama/performance, running throughout May and June; creative writing (July and Aug); Music (August to September; dance/movement, September November, and DJ skills, September to Oct, with drumming running in November and December.

There will also be 14 weeks of art workshops including grafitti skills with two workshops in June and two in June, August and September; screen printing (two workshops in June and one in November); mask making (one workshop in August, one in September and one in December), and art skills (two workshops in July and one in November).

Film and editing workshops will begin tonight, Wednesday, May 23, from 6pm to 8pm. There will be two film and editing workshops in May, two in July and two in August.

Places are limited and participants are expected to commit to at least one

full six-workshop programme.

All workshops take place on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 8pm or on a Saturday morning from 11am to1pm.
