Ballymoney legal firm in Will Aid
A Ballymoney solicitor’s firm has kindly agreed to join Will Aid’s Make a Will Month to raise money for charity and to help local people put their affairs in order.
Hastings & Co, Charlotte Street, are offering to draw up wills during November without charging their normal fee. Instead they are suggesting that the will-maker donates to the Will Aid charities.
The law on Intestacy (what happens to your estate if you died without a Will) changed on 1st October.
