'˜Best ever' response to Whitehead Poppy Appeal
Whitehead branch of the Royal British Legion has extended thanks to everyone who supported the annual Poppy Appeal.
The total raised, £10,047.18, was the best ever for the branch.
Poppy Appeal organiser Victor Crampton, on behalf of Whitehead RBL, paid tribute to the people of Whitehead, Ballycarry and Islandmagee for their generous response and all those who assisted with the collections.
