Bogus callers warning
NI Water is warning customers to keep their homes safe from unwelcome Halloween visitors and to be aware of bogus callers following a number of recent incidents involving old or vulnerable customers.
Criminals, posing as agency staff, have tried to gain entry to check the water supply in the customers’ property often resulting in serious distress.
