Cookstown man charged with making threat to kill and possessing knife
A Cookstown man has appeared in court charged with assault, threats to kill, threats to damage property, and possession of an offensive weapon, a knife, with intent to cause actual bodily harm to a man.
All the charges against Damian Peter Loughran, 31, from Jubilee Park relate to an alleged incident on March 2.
The defendant was released on £350 bail to return to court on May 11.
