Assault
Police are appealing for information following a serious assault in the area of Rock Road/Strand Road, in the city in the early hours of Sunday morning, May 13.
Shortly before 2am a 29-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman were attacked by a group of unknown persons. The man received a broken nose and required a number of stiches to his face. The woman was not injured but had her mobile phone taken during the incident.
