Charged with assault
A 21-year-old Rathfriland man has appeared in court charged with assault on police, resisting police and attempted criminal damage.
Mark Thomas John Hunter from The Courtyard, Rathfriland, was ordered to return to court on 18 April when a full file will be prepared.
The alleged offences occurred on 22 February and the attempted criminal damage charge relates to a PSNI vehicle’s head-rest.
