Man damages McClean’s Maserati
A 28-year-old man admitted causing damage to a Maserati car belonging to the footballer James McClean, when he appeared before Londonderry Magistrates Court.
Aaron Dalton, of Moss Park, pleaded guilty to criminal damage on January 10, this year.
The Magistrates Court heard the incident occurred when the car was parked in the Creggan area of the city.
It is estimated that £950 worth of damage was caused to the vehicle.
Sentencing was adjourned for a probation pre-sentence report to be compiled.
Dalton will appear in court again on July 24.
