The court heard the offence came to light when police stopped the car on the Tandragee Road in Lurgan on May 9.

Mr Conor Downey, representing the defendant, said her cousin had been on the policy and was making a contribution to the payment but became unemployed and had to be taken off the policy. The cousin was using the car that day to go for a job interview.
